How do I become a member?
All UK schools, NHS organisations, government bodies, and registered traders can enjoy an exclusive 20% discount sitewide by becoming members—registration is completely FREE. Sign up here to start saving immediately.
Buying & Ordering
How do I order products from TrayStorage.Shop?
Simply log into your member account, select your items, and add them to your shopping basket. Your exclusive 20% discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Payments are accepted via all major cards and faster bank payments:

How will I know my order has been received?
Upon successful order placement, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. Please carefully review this email to ensure accuracy. It will also include an estimated lead time for production and delivery.
Can I amend my order after placing it?
Once an order enters production, it may no longer be possible to make amendments. Contact us immediately if you need to request any changes.
Is there a minimum order value?
A minimum order value of £100 excluding VAT applies to all Gratnells trays and accessories. You can mix and match items from our extensive Gratnells range to meet this requirement.
Delivery Information
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery charges depend on your location within mainland UK and are calculated during checkout. Currently, we do not deliver outside of mainland UK.
When will I receive my order?
- Stocked trays and metal storage items: typically dispatched within 10-15 working days.
- Wooden tray units: dispatched within approximately 20 working days.
- Frame and trolley sets, and other products: dispatched within 10-15 working days.
Please note, during the summer peak period, lead times may be longer. Schools closed for summer should inform us at the time of ordering to ensure smooth delivery.
Returns & Damaged Goods
Can I return items if needed?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@traystorage.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned at your expense, unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please retain your packaging until you are certain of your satisfaction. A restocking fee of 20% applies, and unauthorized returns will not be credited.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. Report any damage or missing items within 3 working days to contact@traystorage.shop, including clear photographic evidence. We cannot accept claims for damage reported after 3 working days, nor will claims be accepted for goods signed as 'unchecked.' We will guide you through the resolution process swiftly.
